Selection of artists online!

From now on, you can find the selection of artists of Beaufort04 on our website. Our leaflets can be found from today onwards at different distribution points along the coast and other places in Belgium and abroad. Have a look on beaufort04.be and discover which art you can experience on the coast.

Artists in preparation

Meanwhile, the participating artists are busy with the preparations and construction works for Beaufort04.

Last week, the Spanish street-artist Isaac Cordal placed his concrete sculptures of ca. 20 cm along the coast. Swedish artist Michael Johansson is working on his impressive container project for Zeebrugge. Also the Arcs of the French artist Bernar Venet were recently placed at the rotunda in Wenduine.

Happening with Dalila Gonçalves

In June, a large public event will take place in Blankenberge. Together with artist Dalila Gonçalves the under-fives of Blankenberge will make a wide sand flat on the beach, with shapes that the artist has designed. This project paints the transience of existence.

Discover Beaufort04 with the coastal tram

Beaufort04 and the coastal tram are cooperating to guide you easily from the one artwork to the other. You can define your itinerary already now on our website beaufort04.be/accessibility. At each stop of the coastal tram, the nearest Beaufort location will be indicated.
